NEMS Linux Anonymous Statistics

Some distros will show you how many downloads they've had, but that's not an accurate representation of the actual number of users. NEMS Anonymous Stats conducts a daily check-in, providing a true overview of real world NEMS usage. It's my hope that by observing this data you can select the right hardware for your NEMS deployment.

As a niche product, I don't expect NEMS Linux to become a huge distro with millions of users, but it is encouraging to see a consistent growth curve, and that most users are keeping on top of their updates.

I am immensely proud to see that as of today, 674 NEMS servers are actively reporting in from all over the world.

Performance Scores

NEMS Linux runs an after-hours benchmark once per week and logs the server's score anonymously and securely. This provides us a real-world accurate overview of the performance of each platform. Scores are based upon CPU and Mutex performance.

Professional Series

Rank the performance of NEMS Linux Professional Series servers based on NEMS Performance Score. Higher value means better performance. Lower value means lower performance.

Giggle Ģ Values

Based on the performance of each board and its retail price, a Giggle value has been calculated.

The lower the Giggle (Ģ) the better the value. A high Giggle value means the board is expensive for its performance. A low Giggle value means the retail price is low when compared to the performance. Boards on further left are the best value for the money. Boards to the right are the worst value for what you get.
